Exploring New Revenue Streams: Testing a Children\u2019s Book Rental Service Across Three Scenarios<\/h5>

Project Background<\/strong><\/p>

The client, a company with years of experience in the book publishing industry and a mature SaaS platform (connected to\u00a0120+ publishers and 600+ bookstores), aimed to explore a new business model: a\u00a0children\u2019s picture book rental service\u00a0in physical locations. Leveraging its supply chain resources, the client planned to test this model across three scenarios\u2014bookstores, kindergartens, and communities\u2014within 12 weeks. The goal was to validate\u00a0user willingness to pay, single-point service efficiency, and the feasibility of integrating online and offline data, while generating key metrics to support its first round of funding.<\/p>

Project Execution<\/strong><\/p>
